FAQ

We’ve made our best attempt to anticipate some of the more common questions below,
but please feel free to reach out to either of us with specific questions.

When should I RSVP by?

Please respond as soon as possible but no later than a month before the ceremony. Ideally, we would like to confirm final numbers by August 15th.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive at 10:45am at the latest for the ceremony. If you arrive early, feel free to spend some time walking around the park, peak into the historic auditorium, or take a walk down Main Ave.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, please refer to our dress code page of the website. The dress code is daytime elegant attire, and we encourage guests to incorporate our wedding colors of light-cool pastels as we celebrate this special occasion.

Are there parking or travel accommodations?

On the day of the ceremony, we recommend parking on the street or near your hotel. Refer to the Travel & Lodging page for nearby hotel recommendations, as each of the listed options are within a 5-15 minute walk away.

Shuttles from the ceremony to the St. Laurent for the reception will be organized ahead of time.

Are there hotel accommodations?

We have reserved a block of rooms at The St. Laurent Hotel for our guests. Please use the specific link below when booking to receive a special rate.

Are there any other happenings in the area?

Great question! If you plan to stay for longer than a week, the Sea.Hear.Now Festival will be taking place the prior weekend (September 13th & 14th). Aside from the festival, this is a relatively quiet time of the year for Ocean Grove.

We recommend reviewing the Travel & Lodging page for food, drink, and activities recommendations.

Is there a gift registry?

Yes, you can access our registry page through the Registry button on the website. We have registered at Bloomingdale’s and we have setup our website to accept cash contributions, if preferred. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, but if you wish to give something, we appreciate your thoughtfulness!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture the moment. There will be plenty of opportunities for photos during the reception and dance party!

Please feel free to contact us with any other remaining questions.
